Volunteer Information

We are seeking volunteers for the 10th Annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo to be held January 16-19, 2014 at the Sebring Regional Airport. Our Annual Expo will be bigger and better than ever!  The continued success of the Expo can be largely attributed to the special people who return each year to help. In fact, the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo is known throughout the aviation community for the “friendliness” of our dedicated volunteers.

There are many volunteer opportunities available such as driving a shuttle van, selling admission tickets, monitoring entrance/exit gates, directing attendees from the Information Booth, or simply smiling and answering questions in the Hospitality area. All volunteers receive a 4-Day Expo Event and Parking Pass.  New  volunteers to the Expo also receive a T-Shirt to wear when working during the event and their choice of a cap or a visor.

Dates to Remember:

The annual Call To Volunteers Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Sebring Civic Center.  The Call To Volunteers Meeting will begin at 6pm.  This is an informational meeting for all Expo Volunteers, those new to Expo as well as those returning, with duties/shifts chosen and assigned.  The Sebring Civic Center is located at 355 W. Center Ave., downtown Sebring behind the Sebring Library.  Credentials for Expo 2014 will be available for pick up at the Sebring Regional Airport Board Room on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 9am to 12 Noon.  The Volunteer Appreciation Banquet will be held on Saturday evening, January 18, 2014.  The Volunteer Appreciation festivities will begin at 5:30pm in the Food Court Tent (Aviators LAMA Tent), with dinner served at 6pm.
