| Each speaking window is 1.5 hours with 1.0 hours for the presentation + 15 minutes for Q & A + 15 minutes of extra so as not to overlap. |

| Forum area #3 is reserved each afternoon for a pilot briefing. A morning briefing may also be held before the 9:00 shot starts. |
