Volunteer Information
We are still accepting Volunteers for the 8th Annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo to be held January 19 – 22, 2012 at the Sebring Regional Airport. EXPO will reward those special people that work 8 or more total hours with a 4-Day Expo Event and Parking Pass, valued at $40. Volunteers will also be recognized with an Appreciation Dinner, to take place on Friday, January 20th at 6:00 pm. The dinner this year will feature good food, live music and a nationally renowned guest speaker, depicting the theme of EXPO 2012: “First Flight”.
ALL Volunteers must complete a Volunteer Waiver and Liability Release Form. Download from here and send to the Sebring Regional Airport or bring it to the Volunteer Organizational Meeting to be held this December (date, time and place to be announced). Watch our website for updates! NEW Volunteers will also be issued a T-Shirt to be worn when working during the Expo and a choice of a Cap or a Visor.
There are a multitude of Volunteer positions available ranging from driving a Shuttle Van to selling Tickets and from distributing Water to smiling (and answering questions) in the Hospitality Tent, and many other positions too numerous to mention. Our 8th Annual EXPO is taking place due to the dedication of our Volunteers for the past 7 years, with our U.S. Sport Aviation Expo known throughout the aviation community for its “friendliness”.
