Lockwood Aviation will receive, warehouse, and deliver freight for the Exhibitors at Expo 2012. Our goal is to make Exhibiting at the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo as enjoyable and trouble free as possible.

Lockwood Aviation will receive your freight and store it indoors prior to the Expo. Please schedule your freight to arrive on or after Thursday January 12th. Be sure all freight is clearly marked with the Exhibitor’s Company Name, Booth Number, and Cell Phone Number. Your freight will be delivered to your Assigned Exhibit space the morning of Wednesday, January 18^th, Set-Up Day.

Arriving EXPO Freight

Incoming freight should be marked:

Late freight and packages can also be received and delivered during the EXPO. Be sure to label them properly. Make sure to include a cell phone number for contact during EXPO 2012.

Returning EXPO Freight

Returning Expo freight to be picked up and shipped out after leaving the Expo, contact Bob Harderwijk at Lockwood Aviation Supply during the show to make arrangements with him for pick up. Make sure all your freight is properly packaged and labeled and give your completed Bill of Landing to Bob Harderwijk. You must arrange for pick up by Monday or Tuesday following Expo 2012. If not, Lockwood Aviation will arrange for pick up with R&L Carriers on Wednesday and will send COD.

The minimum handling fee is $10.00 per box up to 33 lbs. Freight weighing more than 33 lbs will be billed at $30.00 per 100 lbs up to 500 lbs plus $20.00 per 100 lbs for any additional freight over 500 lbs. These fees include the use of our forklift and operator to unload incoming freight, load outgoing freight, placing the freight at your Exhibit space on Set-Up Day, and pick up the freight after show.

Additional forklift time with an operator is available at the rate of $80.00 per hour with a $40.00 min. This fee is applied only to companies who request the use of a forklift and are not having us receive their freight, or for companies who need additional forklift time to help set up their display.
