Registration:
Media representatives can register by contacting Tina Gottus, Publisher of Highlands Today, at tgottus@highlandstoday.com .
Credentials:
Members of the media arriving by automobile may obtain credentials at the Four Seasons by Sheraton Sebring Chateau élan near the entrance of the airport. A staff member will meet you inside the lobby and provide you the necessary credentials, starting on January 21, 2010. Media representatives should proceed to the ticket gate where they will be escorted to the Media Center for Credentials. Those arriving by air should proceed to the ticket gate where they will be escorted to the Media Center.
Media Center:
The Expo will operate a media center near the base of the control tower inside the Expo area. The center will provide a place for media representatives to conduct interviews and pick up exhibitor’s press releases. The area is serviced by the airport wireless internet system.
Golf Carts:
Media representatives with heavy gear, specifically TV crews, may obtain transportation support at the media center. The Expo will provide a limited number of golf carts for this purpose. Carts can not be taken out of the Expo area. Golf carts will be available only from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM, and must be promptly returned by 5:00 PM. Failure to do so will cause the crew to be ineligible for further use of the cart. Be prepared to leave drivers license to obtain a cart.
